Lee Bouche, CEAP, President and Owner
Lee has worked in the field of Employee Assistance since 1983 and founded Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC) in 1992. Lee specializes in employee and leader training and consults with ERC customers on issues relating to drugfree workplace, change management, violence prevention, leadership effectiveness and workplace climate.
Lee is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and is qualified through the DOT as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Marilou Counard, M.S., L.P.C., CEAP
Marilou is the Clinical Director at ERC.  She has worked for the Employee Resource Center since 1992. Her educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University in Minnesota and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Illinois Benedictine University. Her professional areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.

Charles La Torre, M.S.W., LICSW
Charles is the Director of Organizational Consultation at ERC. He is trained in a number of different organizational assessment tools used in individual/team coaching, organizational effectiveness, performance, and leader development.  He is well-versed in a variety of theoretical approaches to treatment. His direct treatment includes cognitive-behavioral, existential, and solution-focused therapy. His areas of professional interest include the treatment of attention-deficit disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and in individual, couples, and family therapy. Charles received his Master's degree in social work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work.

Jennifer VanRite, MSW, LAPSW
Jennifer received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jennifer's background includes six years of experience working with adolescents/children and their families. As a part of the Appleton office, Jennifer works with children/adolescents, adults, couples and families. Areas of professional interest are relationship issues, behavioral problem teenagers and their families, parenting, depression, stress management and life transitions.

Laura L. Griffin, LMFT
Laura is a Marriage and Family Therapist and is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.  Laura has been providing EAP services since 1990.  She enjoys working with individuals (including children and adolescents), families and couples.  She has particular interest in assisting with workplace issues, life transitions and parenting.

Michael Larkey, MSW, CAPSW
Michael has a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has over 13 years of experience providing clinical services in a variety of settings.  His professional areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, anger management, and self-esteem.
