Jim Pecard, M.S.S.W., LICSW, CEAP
Jim serves as the EAP Director of ERC's Green Bay location. He has provided clinical services to individuals, couples and families since 1978. He assists his clients with a variety of issues including marital and parenting difficulty, depression, anxiety, alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other emotional and mental disorders. Jim has also served as an EAP consultant to organizations since 1984 addressing issues around employee safety and productivity, drug-free workplace, conflict resolution, and reorganization and change.

Marilou Counard, M.S., L.P.C., CEAP
Marilou has worked for the Employee Resource Center since 1992. Her educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University in Minnesota and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Illinois Benedictine University. Her professional areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.

Wendy Chaput, M.S.E.,L.P.C., N.C.C.
Wendy holds a Professional Counselor Certification as well as certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. Wendy works with adults, couples and families. Areas of professional interest include depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem.

Sherry Ray, M.S.E., L.I.C.S.W.
Sherry received her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1992. She is trained and experienced in providing assessment, treatment and referral for individuals, couples and families. Professional interests include working with survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse. Other areas of interest include relationship issues, depression/anxiety issues and working with adolescents.

Lisa Hidde, M.S.E.
Lisa received her Master of Science degree in Counselor Education, with a community counseling emphasis, from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She also holds a certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. Lisa works with adults, couples and adolescents. Areas of professional interest include: depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Chris Williams, M.S.W., CSW
Chris has over 14 years of experience as a social worker working with adolescents and families. He received his Bachelors degree in Sociology from Saint Norbert College and his Masters of Social Work from UW-Milwaukee. His professional areas of interest include working with families, adolescents, children, individuals, and couples.

Kim L. Keyser, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Kim received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia in 1994.  She has provided clinical services to individuals and families in many different capacities, including in-home counseling and outpatient.  Kim works with children, adolescents and adults and areas of professional interest include: depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, grief/loss, and issues affecting the geriatric population.

Lee Bouche, CEAP, President and Owner
Lee has worked in the field of Employee Assistance since 1983 and founded Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC) in 1992. Lee specializes in employee and leader training and consults with ERC customers on issues relating to drugfree workplace, change management, violence prevention, leadership effectiveness and workplace climate.
Lee is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and is qualified through the DOT as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Gretchen Ebelt, M.S.W.
Gretchen received a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Psychology from UWGB and her Masters of Social Work from UW-Milwaukee in 1998.  She works with adults, couples and families in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting, and relationship issues. An area of special interest to her is utilizing play therapy with children and families in addressing their counseling issues.

Penelope Redlich-Stroik, MSE, NCC
Penelope (Penny) has a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  She has experience working with individuals, couples, and children regarding depression, stress, domestic violence, anger management, and abuse issues.  She also has experience working with diversity/multicultural issues and alcohol and other drug issues. Another area of interest involves working with military support groups. 

Kristi Van Ess, MS, LPC
Kristi received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.  She also holds a license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin.  Kristi has experience working in outpatient, group, and in-home family therapy settings.  She works with adults, children, adolescents and their families in a variety of areas, including issues related to trauma and abuse, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, parenting, attachment, and anger management. An area of special interest is utilizing play therapy in processing counseling issues with children.

Lissa E. Hardy, MSE, NCC
Lissa received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  She has worked in college campus counseling centers, college AODA programming and as a crisis intervention counselor.  Areas of professional interest are stress management skills, anxiety, relationship issues (couples and family), adolescent concerns, self-abusive behavior, communication skills, life transitions, grief, college adjustment, and personal growth.

Laura L. Griffin, LMFT
Laura is a Marriage and Family Therapist and is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.  Laura has been providing EAP services since 1990.  She enjoys working with individuals (including children and adolescents), families and couples.  She has particular interest in assisting with workplace issues, life transitions and parenting.
