Harry Deets, MSW, LCSW, ACSW
Harry is the Location Leader of ERC's Wausau/Stevens Point locations. He received his MSW degree in 1986 from Loyola University of Chicago. He also has completed specialized post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy. Harry utilizes a combination of family systems, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and interpersonal therapy in his work with clients. His areas of professional interest include depression, anxiety, marital/relationship and family issues, parenting, grief and loss, faith issues, blended family, and behavioral problem teenagers and their families.

Marjorie Debevec-Marksteiner, MS, MPH, PC, CHES
Marjorie has a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Eating Disorders, from University of WI-Stout in Menomonie. She has worked in residential treatment with adolescent males, in adolescent day treatment programs and family counseling. Marjorie also provided group counseling for adults with depression.

In addition, Marjorie has a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from University of WI-La Crosse and a Bachelor's in Health Promotion & Wellness from University of WI-St Point. She has been a Certified Health Education Specialist for more than 10 years. She is experienced in working with older adults and their families, teaching nutrition, activity, and alcohol and other drug education.

Marjorie's areas of interest include: addictions, anxiety, anger management, communication issues, depression & mood disorders, eating disorders and related areas. She also works with grief/loss, health issues, marital/relationship, PTSD, sexual abuse, stress management, and women's issues.

Nancy J. Schaperkotter, AM, LCSW, CEAP
Nancy has over 22 years experience working in the employee assistance field. Her areas of interest include couples, adult adjustment issues, organizational stressors and problem solving. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago & her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University.
