Harry Deets, MSW, LCSW, ACSW Harry is the Location Leader of ERC's Wausau/Stevens Point locations. He received his MSW degree in 1986 from Loyola University of Chicago. He also has completed specialized post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy. Harry utilizes a combination of family systems, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and interpersonal therapy in his work with clients. His areas of professional interest include depression, anxiety, marital/relationship and family issues, parenting, grief and loss, faith issues, blended family, and behavioral problem teenagers and their families.
Lee Bouche, CEAP, President and Owner Lee has worked in the field of Employee Assistance since 1983 and founded Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC) in 1992. Lee specializes in employee and leader training and consults with ERC customers on issues relating to drugfree workplace, change management, violence prevention, leadership effectiveness and workplace climate. Lee is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and is qualified through the DOT as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Carla Eichinger, MSE, NCC Carla has a Master's of Science in Education in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor. Prior to joining ERC, Carla counseled at an EAP in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and at UW-Oshkosh. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief, spirituality, and multiculturalism. She enjoys counseling children, families, couples, students, and athletes.
Andrew Cameron, PhD Andy received his master's and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Andy works primarily from a solution-focused Cognitive-Behavioral orientation with individuals, couples, and families, and is also trained in group therapy. His professional interests include depression, social anxiety, trauma, and behavioral addictions such as problematic gambling and shopping. Andy is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Psychologist.
