Harry Deets, MSW, LCSW, ACSW Harry is the Location Leader of ERC's Wausau, Stevens Point, and Marshfield locations. He received his MSW degree in 1986 from Loyola University of Chicago. He also has completed specialized post-graduate training in marriage and family therapy. Harry utilizes a combination of family systems, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and interpersonal therapy in his work with clients. His areas of professional interest include depression, anxiety, marital/relationship and family issues, parenting, grief and loss, faith issues, blended family, teens with behavioral problems and their families. Harry also offers employee and leader training, coaching and consulting with ERC customers on various workplace issues.
Lee Bouche, CEAP, President and Owner Lee has worked in the field of Employee Assistance since 1983 and founded Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC) in 1992. Lee specializes in employee and leader training and consults with ERC customers on issues relating to drugfree workplace, change management, violence prevention, leadership effectiveness and workplace climate. Lee is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and is qualified through the DOT as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Julie Nelson, CT, MS Julie has a Master's Degree in Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse from the University of Southern New Hampshire. She is also a certified loss and grief specialist. Julie has over 20 years of experience in helping individuals and families through various life challenges, including relationship issues, parenting, dealing with chronic illness, substance abuse and grief. Julie's clinical approach is solution-focused and builds on the client's strengths.
